Can’t find the book you’re looking for?

Send us the details and we’ll check availability with our suppliers in Egypt and abroad.

Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you with the available edition, final price, and estimated delivery time before anything is confirmed.

In most cases, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we place the order with the supplier. The remaining balance is due when the book arrives, unless otherwise agreed.

Submitting this form is only a request for availability and quotation. Your order is confirmed only after you approve the quotation and the required deposit has been received.

Special Order Terms & Conditions

  1. Submitting a Special Order Request does not create a confirmed order or obligation to purchase. We will first check availability and provide you with a quotation.
  2. Quotations are based on the supplier’s current price, exchange rate, shipping cost, and other applicable charges at the time the quotation is prepared. Prices may therefore change before an order is confirmed.
  3. Quotations may be valid for a limited period. If the quotation expires, the price and availability may need to be checked again.
  4. In most cases, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before The Bookspot places the order with the supplier. In certain cases, full payment or a different deposit amount may be required. This will always be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.
  5. A Special Order becomes confirmed only after you accept the quotation and the required payment or deposit has been received.
  6. Delivery times are estimates and are provided in good faith. Delays may occur because of supplier availability, international shipping, customs procedures, courier delays, or other circumstances outside The Bookspot’s reasonable control.
  7. If you require a specific edition, publisher, binding, format, cover, or ISBN, please provide those details when submitting your request. If no specific edition is requested, the available edition supplied may differ from images or editions seen elsewhere.
  8. Once a Special Order has been placed with the supplier, it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged because the item has been ordered specifically for you.
  9. This restriction does not affect cases where the wrong item is supplied, the item arrives damaged or defective, or where applicable consumer-protection rights require otherwise.
  10. If a supplier cancels the order or the requested title becomes unavailable after you have made a payment, any amount paid for that unavailable item will be refunded.
  11. The Bookspot may contact you for clarification or additional information before placing the order.
  12. By approving the quotation and making the required payment or deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Special Order Terms & Conditions.
