In special circumstances, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit within two days of the purchase of new books. If there is an issue with your order and you want to see if this is possible, please contact us by email or through Instagram or Facebook. This does not apply to special orders, used books, or sale items. We reserve the right to approve or reject any such requests. No cash refunds are available.

Used books can be brought in for store credit according to our buying policy for used books.

Special-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if we are unable to supply the book for any reason.
