1. Where is your store located?
Our shop is located at 71 Road 9 in Maadi, ground floor.
We are an easy walking distance from El Maadi metro station (exit on Road 9 and take a right unto Road 9 and walk for a bit. We are in the building rigth after Costa Coffee and Pizza Hut)

New Cairo branch is currently closed but a new branch will hopefully open soon.
2. I have used books I want to sell, what do I do?
Bring them to our shop anytime during opening hours.

3. When is your store open?
The store is open from 10 am-10 pm. During December 27-January 25, 2017 we will have special winter hours from 10am to 8pm.
The store may close during Friday prayer.
4. How can I order online? Do I need a credit card?
Ordering online is simple. You simply register on the website and then browse for the books that you like, put them in your cart, and follow the checkout instructions.
You do not need a credit card. You simply pay cash when you receive your order.
Once an order is placed you should receive a confirmation email.

5. I am looking for a particular book, but can't find it on your website. Can I order it from you?
Yes, we do special orders on books not found on our website. Use the contact us form on the website to submit a special order.
Send us the title and author of the book you want and any other important information and we will look for the book among our suppliers both in Egypt and abroad and get back to you with information on availability, price, and delivery time.
6. Do you have Arabic books at your store?
Yes, we have a small selection of Arabic books for both adults and children. We also do special orders for Arabic books so if you do not find what you are looking for you can fill in a special order form at the store or contact us through the website.
7. What is your return policy?
Used books can be returned at any time for half back. No cash refunds or exchanges. Bargain books can not be returned. We do not accept back books that have been damaged.
New books can be exchanged for another book or gift certificate within 2 days with receipt. No cash refunds. The book must be in new condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if the book condition is no longer new.
We do not give half back for new books but are happy to buy them back according to our buying policy for used books.
There are no returns on sale items.
8. How much is the delivery/shipping charge?

9. Do you deliver outside Cairo
Yes, we deliver all over Egypt. Shipping costs start at LE 60 for Alexandria and other cities near Cairo.
